3. Replacement Shipping:Drop off the package at a nearby shipping center or schedule a pickup with the designated carrier.
4. Packaging and Condition:To qualify for a replacement, the returned items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as when they were received. Please ensure that the items are securely packaged to prevent any further damage during transit.
5. Refunds and Replacements:Once we receive the returned items and verify their condition, we will process your refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference and product availability. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
6. Timeframe:We aim to process replacement as quickly as possible. However, please allow up to 2-3 business days for us to inspect the returned items and complete the refund or replacement process.
7. Non-Returnable Items:For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for items that are not damaged or spoiled. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for items that have been consumed, partially consumed, or if you simply change your mind.
